RFE - I140 - on Nov102008

Hi all,
I got RFE on my I140 which was filed on Aug 1st 2008 at TSC.
Got an RFE - ability to pay- on around on Nov 10th 2008. We have responded to the query on 11/24/2008. Status was updated on the USCIS site.

How many days does it take for the I140 to be approved.

How many days elapsed between RFE mailing and status update about RFE receipt?

My RFE was mailed on 12/3/08, still no update online about RFE receipt.
