I received an RFE for I140 EB2 regarding my Master's Degree, if it was completed by the date LC has been filed. My previous attorney has forgot to send the letter I got from my University that I have completed all my requirements before the LC filed date even though my degree was issued after the date LC was filed.
I think if we send the letter it will satisfy the RFE. My current attorney is not happy with the way my previous attorney has filed the case so she is saying we should withdraw the petition and file the I140 again, which by the way took the BCIS more then a year to look at. Can I answer the RFE without my attorney? Can I send the letter to the BCIS with a copy of the RFE or am I at the mercy of this crazy person?
