RFE I-140 Processing Time

I just got an RFE for my I-140 application. Once I send them the rquired info is it going to take the same amount of time as to process a New I-140 or is it considerably lower?

Do they give priority to RFE I -140 over new I-140?

If you provide all the information requested in RFE does it mean they will approve I-140 or can they find other things wrong in the application and send another RFE?

Should I take it as automatic approval if what they asked , I can provide easily?
