I got RFE on my I-140(VSc), (LC-substitution) here are the details:

LC requirements:
#col14(degree) :Bachelors degree - 4 yrs.
#col15(Major study): Computer science or related
no. of yrs experience: 2 yrs.

My Qualifications:
#14: Bachelors degree in civil engineering - 4yrs
experience: 8 yrs.

In my RFE, USCS advised saying civil engineering is not related to
computer science degree.

My lawyer already sent a letter stating DOT reasons (AOH-Handbook of DL) & atttached copies from the handbook to USCIS.

what are the chances of approval? A REQUEST THOUGH...PLS. LET US NOT THINK, TO SAVE TIME...PROVIDE VIEWS THRU EXPERIENCE FROM SOMEWHERE OR BY THE KNOWLEDGE OF LEGISLATION/REGULATIONS..

I got you here ? You have multipost.

So yours is Texas.....

I guess it depends on lawyer how strong he represents your RFE...

Hi Nbasetti,
I am in the same position.Any Info will really help me. Please let me know the outcome from VSC.Mine is TSC though.
I still have not reived the RFE as we filed just a week ago.
But I will get one coz mine is EB2 category and they are looking for everything to be perfect in black and white.
My Lawyer has mentioned Computer Sc or closely related field.Mine is not subst case, so do you have any info if the same
approach your lawyer took can be taken by mine?
my email is Pavan_2@hotmail.com.Please let me know when you get any info.

I have heard that to make the re-evaluation of PGDCA educational qualification, from APTECH/NIIT or any other institute, needs TRANSCRIPT.

Is that true? do I need transcript as well other than PGDCA certificate? any idea guys...
