RFE I-140 Approved

I don't know if it's 2 early to post the message, because only internet site status has changed when I checked this morning. But when I called 800 BCIS # it say we cannot access your account information. Oh well I take it as an "****APPROVED****" I hope I am right. Guys it is like 14 months 17 days after RD of I140.

What if I485 not applied?? RFE after 360 days and .....

how long it takes for decission after RFE???

Recieved an RFE , and replyed the center with in 6 days .


Should the online status check system say that BCIS has recieved the details ?
Or does it stay same till the rfe period is done ?

And how long in general that RFE cases take time ...?

Please help !!! .

It should say "Rfe response received <date> etc.,"
 
I-140 Question

Hey guys I filed for my I-140 with CP option at Vermont. ANyone has any estimate as to how long the I-140 process takes.

I appreciate your msgs, I hope what Tammy2 is saying is right

Approved on Aug 15th(Friday), internet msg changed probably sometime over the weekend and voice msg changed on Tuesday Aug 19th.

Those are just dateline pointers for people for the reference.
