Rfe - i-130 ***urgent pls***

Hello everyone,
We just received RFE for petioner's birth certifiate.
We filed I-130 in April. I'm a U.S Citizen by birth and I am petitioning for my wife who is the beneficiay.
My birth certificate is missing my first name; all other information such as last name, date of birth, name of hospital, sex, mother's name, etc are all on my birth certificate.
We have until Sept 13th to respond to this RFE.
I called dept of public health to get an amendment but I was told it could take 8/12months.
I don't have a passport, all I have are my school records, driver license etc and I can also gets affidavits from my parents/relatives if necessary....
Will an hospital proof of birth be sufficient if I make a request for one?
Please I need your help as soon as possible.

In response to the RFE, I'd suggest sending a letter explaining your situation, and how a birth certificate correction will take 8-12 months.

I'd recommend including everything you've got. Copies of the (missing name) birth certificate, school records, and affidavits from both parents.

Ask your parents, usually a blank first name means the parents didn't make up their mind on your name until after you were discharged. If true, then add that to your explanation letter and the affidavits from your parents.
