HELP:RFE, hourly W2 & EVL
Friends, help me out,
I am March 2002 RD filer. Right now I am using AC21 and working for somebody on the hourly W2. My pay stubs shows the hours worked & the pay for those hours.
If I get RFE for 'Employment verification Letter' then my current company will give me employment letter mentioning that I am Independent Contractor working on W2.
Is this acceptable by USCIS? Or we do have to be fulltime & permanent employee and not the hourly W2 employee for AC21 & RFE?
All help is really appreciated & I am sure that many of us are in the same boat.!
