My wife got an RFE on EAD for photos. I sent them to lawyer. Then he says he sent them to VSC aroung end of last month. It\'s almost a month. But still the IIO meassage says RFE was generated on Aug 20th. Is it normal that IIO message did not get updated. Or am I missing something. Thanks for your help.

VSC is unreliable

I have seen cases where even though you respond to RFE, VSC does not update AVM, and in some cases, does not even officially acknowledge receipt of the response to RFE. My suggestion is that you have 12 weeks to respond to RFE from date of issue. If it is getting close to 12 week deadline, ask lawyer to resend response to RFE through FedEx. This way, you have proof that you responded.
