Send it based on the current company. You need to send the letter from a company where you are working now. Dont get panic. It is something that is common.

Some service centers have been pre-processing cases that do not have current PDs. This is good news because these cases should move swiftly once the PDs do become current.
As for your PD, the previous posters are correct, send out the letter from the company you are currently working for.
