I changed my company 2 months back, without 140 approval.
now I got RFE on my 140...that is ability to pay
my old comapny is ready to rely the RFE.
my company financial situation is not good.
my layer said, I have 50/50 chance
I am in 7 year h1 status and when I used my EAD...I think my h1 is canceled
with this new memo...it will make differences on my file...
or u have any ideas to what to do..
