RFE - Help Appreciated

I am preparing a response to an RFE because I don't have a Birth certificate. My question is:

1. Do I need to submit originals of the non-availability certificate and affidavits? I would like to hold on to the originals if I can. It was insanely difficult to obtain them.

2. I have an notarized affidavit from both my parents? Would that suffice?

3. Do I need an affidavit from someone else other than my parents?

Has anyone had any similar experience? Any suggestions?

I am thinking this is in reference to the petition?

If so, you can look up the form I130 pdf from the USCIS.gov website, and look for question 5, which lists all acceptable documents that show you/one is a US Citizen.

Also read section 9 on page 3 ... "what if a document is not available?"
