RFE hasn't received for Feb 24, 2004

I received the email that the RFE is sent out on Feb 24, 2004 from NSC, however, I haven't received it so far, is it normal?
 
Mine said mailed out on 25th Feb, and the lawyer received it on 3rd March, but I suppose it depends on where your lawyer is in the country as well (mine is in Seattle). I guess you'll receive it today/tomorrow.

Incidentally I have the same RD as your 140. I got RFE too. Still waiting for the details from the attorney. Do you mind telling me what kind of Educational Degree you have and what was your requirement in Labor.

RFE sent out 2/24 and I just realized my rd in 03/27/04. So your education matches with the requirement? I am thinking mine could be Education.
