RFE/ Gurus Pls help me understand

My status now read as

"On July 28, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Never knew it takes that long to approve. Gurus pls help me understand this.

Dont worry. Its a standard message they will post on the case status. I got the same for myself but got it approved with in 2 weeks after they recieve my feedback.
