RFE Gurus, Please Help - Time to respond to RFE at the End ot 485

Time for RFE
I have my RFE in front of me. It states:
'From the date this office receives your resubmission a minimum of 14 days will be required to process your form. If you have not heard from us within 60 days then you may contact this office at (802) 527-4913.'
60 days is printed in bold. Apart from the error (it should be after 60 days not within), it seems they're saying it can take two weeks to two months, and maybe more...
Hopefully, it will be faster for you and for all of us, but if you haven't heard, you should call--even the INS say so.
Mine is employment based, but the letter looks pretty standard. It has a barcode on it too--I've heard somewhere on this forum that that speeds matters up.
A tangential thought. One of the worst things about this is getting the RFE and for a moment thinking you've gotten an approval, then opening it, wondering what is going on, and then worrying even more...

I may not have asked my question correctly.
I would like to know "Within how much time do we as beneficiaries have to reply to the INS RFE during the end of the I485 stage (which is the stage that you are in)."
Can you please take a look at your RFE and let me know?
