RFE Guide :
1)what are the necessary documents one should enclose when
responding to emp. verfication RFE?Including additonal doc's??
Is W2, Plus pay stubs, tax returns must along with emp letter?
2)what are the necessary documents one should enclose when
responding to BC? Are affidavits must even with original BC
if issued recently?
3)what are the necessary documents one should enclose when
responding to RFE for explanation on common names and relationship like RAO , REDDY , KHAN are most common last names? What additionla affidavits for silly RFEs for explanation
required for such common names?
4)what are the necessary documents one should enclose when
responding to RFEs issued to their wife for their undone tests
because of pregnancy?
Can someone guide and answer these questions that may
be helpful to our GC aspirants.
