Folks,
I am debted to this forum for the wealth of information. I applied for EB1-EA and got an RFE now. It is relatively easy as it appears to be, but i am not sure about it.
It says that i got a gold sheet to be attached to the RFE. (i assume it is better compared to red one)
The letter says "Persuant to Title 8 of Federal Regulations ....., while no offer of employment is required, the petitioner must demonstrate with clear evidence that she is coming to (or remaining in) United States to continue work in the area of expertise. Such evidence may include letter(s) from current or prospective employers, evidence of prearranged commitments such as contract, or a statement detailing plan on how she intends to continue her work"
Issue: I am on H4 as a dependant and continuing my Phd. And that is why the officer might be suspicious about my employment.
My credentials are not that great compared to people on board. But i presented in a very nice way.
Cancer biophysics, PhD student, 2 first author papers and about 6 other papers (including published abstracts) 2 memberships (clearly stating the same words as required) from different parts of the world, 1 young scientist award, letters from many people inlcuding general secretary saying about the award, another national award (from an asian country) and 4 citations and about 6 independent letters...
Can any one please help me how i can jamdle this RFE. Is it a tough one to prove??????
Thanks.
