RFE generated on Jan 29 2003

RFE was generated on both mine and my wife's 485 case on Jan 29. Case number is wac-02-064*.

2nd FP was done on Nov 27, 2003, was received by BCIS on Dec 2, 2003 (as per online notice). We recieve 3rd FP in last week of Dec, 2003 again. Went to San Jose office for FP again. Lady in San Jose office suggested to ignore 3rd FP and as per her advise, we didn't do anything about it.

Here is what, i am asked for

1.Employment verification letter

2. Tax documents - submit copies of your tax retuns for 2001 and 2002 along with all of the schedules and attachments.

3. W-2 for 2001 and 2002

4. Three most recent paystubs

Venkaya,

When you say copies of tax return, do you mean just the xerox of the returns that you filed?

Since I filed paper returns, What I have is just the xerox of those returns which does not have any official seal or any other evidence to prove that it is the same that I filed.... I just keep a copy of the returns before i send them to IRS by mail....

I think the unsigned one should be good too ..

Else, you can check with IRS to get a copy back from them ..

well..

I e-filed the tax return ,so i just signed in the printout copy and
made a copy and have send it to a lawyer .

I am not aware of getting a copy of IRS,oops that will be long
process..and i think you do not go thru all those hassles..
