Hi, I got an RFE generated today. I don\'t know for what is it for, any idea as to how long it would take for the LD to receive it, any input appreciated.

LD will know it same day when the lawyer receives it. When was your Amended I140 filed?

My amended I140 was filed on may 14th, still no receipt. I am not sure what the RFE is about , is there a way i could get hold of the LD

AVM says they have mailed RFE on 7/18 for my case. I will talk to IGATE LD and will post details when they are known.

In my case as per IIO RFE has been generated on June 26, LD has not received it yet. My Amended I-140 was also filed on May 15.
