Mine is alos AC21 .
Why did your lawyer give previous companies financial papers and not
the existing company info? Didn' they ask for the new companies info.
I have tax records for yr 2000 for my company for filling a I-140 earlier
RFE. Will these papers work.

I was asked to prove that my employer was able to pay from the day the Priority Date was established. That is Feb 2000. So we had to provide the tax returns of the previous company for 2000, 2001 and 2002 and the annual report for 2002 and 2003 for my present employer.
As for my wife's RFE, it was for affidavait of support, which is not required. My lawyer responded accordingly. Actually her LUD is also 06/18, so hopefully it should be approved soon.

Was there a particular reason you did not need an affidavit of support for youre wife (derivative applicant?) I had to fill one out for my wife with my 485; she was on an O-3 (spouse's) visa...
