A RFE has been generated on 28th Feb 2004 for Jan 18th RD- 485.
Came to know thru Senator after contacting him 3 times. My lawyer has not received so far.
The senators letter says that the RFE letter is still with clerical department. However my 45 days countdown to replying has already begun.
Travelling overseas for 1 month. No 2nd FP so far. 1st FP expired in September 2003.
Can anyone suggest how much time does it take roughly to receive the letter? and your experiences if anyone in the same situation?
