This is my first time positing to this forum.
I had some general questions regarding the RFE process for I-485 applications (I have not received one yet, but expect to get one)
1. Is there a particular format for answering an RFE that asked for letter of employment. What does the letter of employment have to state? dates? salaries? ..etc
2. Does it matter if the employment is full-time or part-time?contract or permanent?
3. Does employment have to be continuous from when I-485 if filed till RFE date? for example is it OK if a layoff ocurred for a period of several months?
4. Any body with a ND of 8/23/01 seen any movement or actions on their case? It seems like there are a ton of cases with that ND.
