RFE from Vermont

I just received RFE from Vermont service Center. They basically asked 5 questions
1.Please submit evidence that the benefiaciary will be occupied with the duties you have set forth in your supporting letter
2.Submit evidence to establish a change and/or increase in your business that prevents your publisher from continuing with the duties of the proffered position and warrants hiring of a statistical analyst at this time
3.Submit a list of emloyees , their job titles and educational levels
4.Tax documentation
5.Tax documentation

Can somebody help me with this, should I worry, I have a lawyer. Have somebody received any of these before?

USCIS adjudication officers are paid to raise RFEs, Attorneys are paid to reply to those RFEs and you are paid by your employer to pay all these bills.
 
This is the most common RFE.
I think we should start sending all this crap to the INS with the visa application itself.
I mean, if every second guy is gonna have an RFE, why not add it to the list of required documents in the first place.

gkis, when you got the RFE, was your BCIS online status changed to show that a RFE was sent to your lawyer? My H1-B transfer case is pending and the online status still says "it takes 60 to 120 days to process such cases", I don't know if it is a sign of RFE or it is just that they haven't gotten to my case yet. Thanks.
 
yes, my status was changed, now it says something like we send you a request for additional info on .......
my advise is to call the customer service number, that's what i did and in 2 days they opened the case.

i just sent you private msg. i have same case with you. just applied for H-1B and got RFE. i didn't know yet what they're looking for as the letter is still on the mail i guess.

EDISON: why shouldn't we worry? i think RFE is a bad sign. isn't it?

anyone here has same experience and can share some knowledge to overcome RFE? i and the company has submitted Federal Income Tax Return, but still I got RFE.

HELP.
