I got an RFE from NSC to submit employment letter and Birth affidavits.
I have a question reg. Employment letter. RFE says
"Submit a currently issued letter or other evidence from the prospective
Employer that indicates your current position, if any, your proferred
position, and profered wage and indicating that terms and conditions of
employment petition continue to exist."
Question is :
1. Do I have to mention my current position in letter?
2. Is I 140 portability valid even if my company moved from one area to anther (NSC to TSC)
