Hi Guys:
When I filed my and my wife's I-485, we were advised by our attorney that we should not do our medical at the time and wait for INS to send us an rfe when they are ready to process the application. Now we received an RFE in 7/2002 and the only thing mentioned in that was our BC and nothing about medical. Does that mean they would be sending another RFE for medical, employment verification etc and may further delay processing of my case?
Could anyone have his say on this based on their experience? my details are as follows -
