RFE & FP - which comes first?

Just have a dummy question - normally which comes first, RFE or FP? If you are issued a FP schedule, does that mean the officer has looked over your files and ready to approve? (Once FP is accepted, the case will be approved without further delay) Or it simply means the office is ready to look at your files while waiting for FP result?

You do not want a RFE.

As far as I know, a I-140 approval means you are all set to get a Green Card. The only circumstances where you might get a RFE is if your FP raises some suspicion, your company laid off a bunch of your employees, or if the FBI check brings up some issues about you. Hope this helps.
