nothing to worry, u shd shake the damn doctor up, anywa, the good part is that your case seems to be thru over ll, else u wd have got a huge RFE..so the good news shd be arnd the corner..get a medical done again
while wife is on RFE. Looks like, I have read your approval sometime back.
Today I came to know about a medical RFE for TB test and X-ray for the kid. I am wondering, if there is a possibility that other members get approved earlier if one person is having RFE?
My wife recd similar RFE, Chest X-ray. Actually my doctor had noted that reaction was 2mm (less than 5mm in guideline) and that X-ray not needed. Still they wanted it, we gave them got approved in 2 weeks from then.
Bottomline, just give INS what they want ASAP. Hope this helps
There is a similar RFE for my kid also. We have done skin test sometime back and found negative. But ths test result is some how not added in I-693 form. Do we have to send the full I-693 form again or only an amendment or addendum is to be send for this kind of RFE. Also for mailing which is better - certified mail, priority mail or normal?
Hope you would have send these already?
