RFE for wifes GC after receiving mine ?

Hi
I received my GC a few months ago. My wifes might come after a year since we applied for her after our marriage.
I had a few questions about the same:

1) Does INS send RFE's regarding the wifes GC to my employer?
2) If I leave my employer (who sponsored me) say after 6 months, how would that affect my wifes GC processing ?

1) no.

2) it shouldn't, although if you signed an affidavit of support and she is called for an interview, the subject might come up.

Should not. Her GC is based on her relationship with you - marriage. Your employer does not come to picture at all. Unlike family-based GC, any RFE/interview regarding affidavit of support in rare (actually never heard of) for employment based GC. Most of the times interviewer (if any interview at all) checks only the validity marriage - like marriage certificate, pictures, mortgage/rental lease etc.
