sent couple of faxes

8/16: Case reappeared with old message on 7/23 we responded to your request blah..blah...

LUD: 8/24 (on August 23,2004 we sent you a notice RFE).

I am thinking it could be for Paystubs, W2 and EVL. Lets see...

Lawyer received RFE, it is for letter from present employer confirming full time employment salary job duties and title.

Folks,

Do I need to send any AC21 documents along with the RFE ? What do you suggest. Lawyer did not tell me anything other than the letter.

140_takes_forever and other folks... help me.

It is always better to send your AC21 coz u have to stay with your sponsoring employer for atleast 6 months to a year.
