RFE for Sub Labor Case

I just got an email for my I140 filed using substituted labor in July 2006. I dont know the reason yet. The original 140 application was submitted with education evaluation (I have a proper 4 year degree and 2 year masters from well know univs in India). I also submitted experience letters and my company is a well known listed company on NASDAQ.

My current salary in 2007 is higher than what is mentioned in LC. However in 2006 I opted for an international assignment to India for 6 months. Since the move was my initiative, company did a cost of living adjustment and as a result my 2006 W2 will be less than salary on original LC. Could this be grounds for RFE? What should the response be for such a situation?

Appreciate your response

Wait for the actual RFE ... could be a query about the company financials.
