RFE for spouse's EAD

I got my 2nd EAD. But my wife got an RFE for 2nd EAD. Some one
please clarify me what all documents they actually need..

RFE says "Submit a copy of I-797/C approval/receipt notice for
I-140,I-360 or I-526 that was approved in your behalf. If you have
filed the I-485 as a derivative alien, submit your spouse's
I-797 for I-485 AND the I-797/C for his approved or pending
I-140,I-360 or I-526. Also marriage certificate."

So do we need to give receipt notice of my long back approved
I-140 ? Or will my 2nd EAD photocopy be sufficent?... My lawyer
never gave me papers related to my I-140. The funny part is that
my wife got her Intrim EAD from San Jose by going in person and
still got RFE!!.. She is currently not working..(and no intension of
working right now.) So will it affect 485 if I do not reply for the
RFE.

Also we moved from San Jose(CA) to Texas.. Luckly, AR-11 form
worked with change of address.

Our 485 ND is 11/27/01 and WAC-02-050....

Assuming you are the principal applicant and your wife is the derivative applicant, include the following:
Receipt Notice I-797 for your I-485,
Your I-140 Approval Notice,
Marriage Certificate.
This is exactly what is asked for in the RFE.
It will also help if you include a copy of the RFE with the requested and sent items highlighted.

I also got the same RFE( I mean same words) for my AP Renewal few days back. I am the derivative alien.

U have to send u'rs(if u are the primary member) approved I-140 and I-485 Receipt.Also Marriage Certificate. Also with these docments, you have to return back the blue paper
