My 485 is approved.
However my wife has received an RFE for Marriage certificate.
Our marriage certificate shows her maiden name. She changed her last name after marriage when she came to U.S.
Now the RFE says that the marriage certificate should show that its marriage between me and her married name. We have her old passport with maiden name and married name as well. Did anybody get such RFE? How did you reply to that?
Any help is appreciated.
