I am just looking for other experiences of people with RFE for SR but exempt from SR because of recent travel, etc.
I want to know what people did and results, if any. Do most people just justify why they do not have to register? I see a mixed bag of results here. UK1 got approved, while Lamba got transfered to local office. Anyone else in the same boat?
I am trying to decide whether to force the local INS to register me or just tell my story why I do not need to register.
