RFE for RD 06/12/2002

RFE is generated for my case RD:06/12/2002.
Did my 2nd FP on 02/07/2004 and it was never updated till this morning around 10.00 am. When checked at 11.45, status changed to RFE. Don't know what the details are about and will update you all once I recive the RFE info requirement.

Recd my RFE today.

Docs required are:
pay stubs, W2, tax returns including all schedules.

Also it mentions

"Submit an original letter on company letterhead from your prospective employer who filed form I-140/I360 on your behalf stating their continued interest in hiring you, duties to be performed and remuneration"


I applied my labor, I 140 and 1485 through company A and switched to company B ,after 200 days from RD of 485, using
EAD.

Now I have submit letter from prospective employer who filed I-140. Does it mean that i have get letter from company A or can use AC21.


Gurus give me your suggestion.

Looks like AC21 is the way 2 go but I will let the seniors speak on this.
