RFE for RD 02/01 as per AVM, yet to receive the letter

My details are as follows :
RD 2/1, ND 3/1, EB2 India, I had checked the AVM last night and it says on Jan 23rd letter for additional documentation or evidence has been mailed, but for my wife, it just says the usual old message of 330-360 days.

I am wondering what the RFE might be about. Also, why no updates on my wife\'s case. If I recieve RFE,does it imply that my case is moving in the right direction ? Also, after replying to RFE, how long should I wait to get approval.

I would really appreciate if experts on this board can answer my concerns.
 
RFE is good - your case is moving

RFE is most probably for employment letter.

Make sure the employment letter states the title of the job, same as what was in your I-140. salary should be same as 140 and the letter should say that the company will continue to keep you employed even after you get the Permanent Residency.

Reply to the RFE ASAP. Within a week of replying, the AVM will change to RFE reply received. Within a week of that, you should get approval.
 
Your case is exactly same as mine

AVM says RFE January 18th for Me, but for my wife same 330 crap. I have not got the RFE notice yet. Will post detail once I have it. It is mostly Birth Certificate Related thats my guess
