RFE for PD Jan 99 / ND Oct 99 ( How long after responding RFE )

Hi
  I got an RFE for employment verification letter from INS.
My details Eb3 / Pd Jan 99 / ND Oct 99 / FP Mar 01 / RFE ( between 10th july to 16th July ).

 Lawyer said they will get letter signed by my company this week and send it to INS next week.

  How much time it takes for cases to get approved after INS receiving RFE response.
