I have addressed all the issue, however, I am still asked to provide RFE. Any suggestion is appreciated.

Request for Evidence
1. Provide a credential evaluation so that a determination can be made as to whether your foreign degree is equivalent to an advanced degree in the United States
The labor certification process exists because protecting the job opportunities of U.S. workers is in the national interest. The petitioner must establish that the alien will serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than would an available U.S. worker having the same minimum qualifications. Because the labor certification process in already in place to address labor shortages, the national interest waiver is not to be based on ameliorating labor shortage.
2. Submit evidence to establish that the self-petitioner seeks employment in an area of substantial in an area of substantial intrinsic benefit.
3. Submit evidence to establish how the benefit of the self-petitioner’s work is of national importance. What effect would the proposed employment of the individual alien have on the United States as a whole?
4. Submit evidence to persuasively establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if the beneficiary were required to obtain labor certification from US Department of Labor.
5. Submit evidence that demonstrates the alien’s specific prior achievements which would justify the projected future benefit of the alien to the national interest.

You must submit the requested information within 12 weeks. Failure to do so may result in the denial of your petition.

No one can give you real help unless

You reveal some details about what are your credentials, what you have submitted and what you have said in your cover letter.

The fact that the RFE even asked you to prove your work is in intrinsic merit indicates that your cover letter might be too fuzzy...

sorry to hear about RFE

I guess here they are asking for official degree evaluation. there are various organization which will do that for you (www.wes.org).

That is standard RFE about why you shd be allowed to skip labor certification.
get independen letters emphasizing ur unique matched skills which will help to acheive aim of Nations interest. provide solid discssion on impact of losing you. Time use to be an argument for this topic but not anymore due to perm.

2. Submit evidence to establish that the self-petitioner seeks employment in an area of substantial in an area of substantial intrinsic benefit.

INTRINSIC MERIT is the one which no one gets as RFE. looks like center wants for explainantion. Did you provided actual figures of people who will get benefited (example...10 milion americans ...12 million world wide suffer from xxx...my work will have direct impact......)

3. Submit evidence to establish how the benefit of the self-petitioner’s work is of national importance. What effect would the proposed employment of the individual alien have on the United States as a whole?

more independent letters!!

4. Submit evidence to persuasively establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if the beneficiary were required to obtain labor certification from US Department of Labor.

tell them that your are inly research body who is working on that kind of project................every minute is important......grants for LPR are more.....

5. Submit evidence that demonstrates the alien’s specific prior achievements which would justify the projected future benefit of the alien to the national interest.

I hope you did all this ...i guess its indirect way asking for independent letters which shows projection of benefits
