Hey guys,
My division was aquired by another company and I have a new I-140 approved from TSC. All of my process has been through CSC. My lawyer did send in the new I-140 to the INS, but the INS has asked for an I-140 for my new company. I am really surprised that they haven\'t received it.
Is anyone of you in the same situation as I am? Do you have any idea about how long more is it going to take for the INS to approve such a case.
Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.
