I am going crazy over here. After more than 11 months of waiting , I get an RFE. I don't know what it is for yet. The online status says that request for more evidence was mailed to me on Sept 26th. I am kind of scared 'cause mine is a Labor Sub case and I have never worked for the company that filed my 140/485.
What are the RFE's for typically now-a-days ??? I will keep u updated once I know more about the RFE.
