I heard on AVM today that a Request For Additional Information was made for my case.EAC-01-046-xxxxx
I have a few questions which I am sure the experts on this site can answer.
1. Normally what are RFEs issued for?
2. Does a copy of the RFE come to the candidate applying for AOS or does it exclusively go to the attorney?
3. What is the average time frame, based on previous data, to get an approval after RFE has been answered?
