We recd an RFe that my wife and my birth certificate do not have names in them. So the RFE says to either provide an affidavit for two eler person who can acknowledge our births... and provide another letter why this is provided instead of the usual docu (i.e birth certificate) Please let me know if any of you out there have any similiar exp and what letter or info you provided as evidence.
