My EAD renewal was approved. However, my wife got a RFE. (I just checked the online status, haven't got the details yet.)

Firesan, you mentioned that you had similar situation. Did you submit your I140 approval or your wife's I140 approval notice?

If your wife is your depedant, does she have an I140 approval notice?

If your wife is your depedant, she has no an I140 approval notice. BCIS will ask to submit yours I-140 and perhaps marriage certificate
 
I got the RFE today and yes, BCIS asks for I140 approval evidence and marriage certificate.

I have the I-140 approval notice (I-797). Is this it or there are some other I-140 approval evidence?
