My lawyer will soon reply for RFE I have recieved
for my wife(I hope). But I have doubts about that.
My wife should not have received RFE in the first place.
I think my company lawyer intentionally misplaced some documents.
I have seen some lawyers doing that to the spouses. First they misplace
documents for the spouse and second they don\'t answer the RFE.
What happens if INS don\'t receive anything from my lawyer. And what kind
of benifit My lawyer get out of stopping green card process.
Can I send it on my own. I have a friend who was in the same situation and
he sent papers on his own apart from the lawyer. But he had an address at the bottom of the letter(RFE) to go by.
For me I don\'t see any address. Any suggestions(TEXAS SERVICE CENTER).
