RFE for my 2nd AP

I just e-filed for my 3rd EAD and 2nd AP( 5 days back)..I then submitted my supporting documentation 2 days back(last Tuesday)...But TSC has already issued an RFP..I do not know for what..

My wife's LUD changing for some time but no movement on my LUD..Her status has also changed to ''...FP..."....No change in my status even after doing FP around 20 days back..

I got RFE for my 3rd EAD that, "unable to locate I140 approval copy, please send it"

What a classic system they have. So, it is only some document request don't worry.

Jack1, i think you are in the verge of approval. Don't pay too much to TSC by applying AP. EAD means OK.

Wait for some time.

I too got RFE for 3rd round of filing EAD and AP. They couldnt find the I-140 approval. So we had to mail them a copy.

I'm sure you will get approved soon. I've heard of folks getting RFE for EAD and AP after getting 485 approved! So just hang in there!!
 
As you guys rightly said..

for my 2nd AP...I received RFE..they are saying there is no underlying I-140 petition...I did not receive any RFE for my 3rd EAD yet though...

My I-140 online msg still says approved..(My old company informed me last year that they have withdrawn my I-140...but after that I got my 2nd EAD and 1st AP..)

Any idea ???

If your I140 Application online message shows "approved....", then your company did not with draw your I140 i guess.

Even, your company with draw your I140, INS cannot send RFE, becuase you have crossed 180 days. INS should have take action within 180 days of I140 revocation.

So, you are safe in all the ways. Try to send AC21, if you are sure that your i140 is revoked by previous employer.
 
Already informed TSC that I have joined the new company and reg. my salary and other responsibilities..I did that April 2003(same time when I left my old company)..and I got my 2nd EAD approved in Jan 2004..


Now I have no idea what is going on???

Just send I140 approval copy and take a beer (if you drink). Otherwise have a hot coffee :D . Relax. Those morans MUST approve your case. But, they can play little bit with time. I know how difficult to kill time in that period. Just be patience.
