RFE for medical

My atterney received my RFE today. The RFE is for medical.

Apparently the doctor who did my medical more than two years ago messed my report. The RFE stated the medical report (693) does not inicated a result of the immunization records.

Did anyone have the same experience?

My atterney told me to redo the medical again. How can I know if the doctor will fill out the form correctly this time, since I can not open the sealed medical report evelope?

Your advice is appreciated.

I also got the RFE on Mar, 31st. but not received it yet

They sent RFE only for me not my wife or son...So its not for Medical right

May be something else...

Actually my wife got her RFE for continous lawful addmission. It looks that the doctor filled her medical report correctly.

It is easy for us reply the RFE for my wife. However, for me I have to make appointment, do the medical again and wait for the report, which takes time. That pissed me off.

Well, I probably should be happy because they are looking at my case at least.
