RFE for Medical - Please share your experience or views.

My wife did not undergone x-ray test (skin tb test was +ve) due to pregnancy at the time of filing 485.. We filed 485 with doctors remark of X-ray to be verified after pregnancy.... What is the probability of getting RFE for cases like this.

Anyway, I doubt anyone keep track of this in any rigorous fashion, furthermore people come and go (most go after their approvals), and it is not easy to retrieve historical data. Anyway, from what I have seen it looked like a 50/50, but is hard to say, there are not many cases like yours compared to the mainstream. Unless you have a big reason to worry (risk of lay off, or any other big life change) you should just seat, relax and don\'t worry. By the way, I didn\'t do X-ray, neither my wife we did the skin TB test, wasn\'t this an option for you?

My wife did not get skin tb test also

chance\'s are very much they get RFE.But, who knows they might not send at all

Skin TB test was positive

Both of us got the +ve result in skin TB test... I undergone X-ray .But my wife could not

A little bit different case, but my friend got no RFE

His wife\'s medical exam was not complete due to possibility of pregnancy. ( I don\'t know the detail though). Anyway he got his approval without any RFE a month ago (his ND was 07/2001).
I remember he also warried about RFE but he was one of those lucky people. So keep your fingers crossed. It is 50/50 chance.

your wife might get a RFE

my wife got a RFE as her skin test was +\'ve and she did not get a x-ray. RFE was asking her to get an x-ray/equivalent report.
