RFE for medical - FYI

I received a RFE for medical clarification. Just thought that I will keep this info posted. I will inform further progress on my case.

I-485/I-140 ND/RD 01-08-2003
I-140 AD 10-06-2003

First FP - Oct 27,2004 both for my spouse and me
RFE for me only - medical 11/08/2004
 
What is the officer #? Even i got Medical RFE (My spouse did not). It was infact RIE - Request for Intial Evidence even though i had submitted my complete medicals when 485 was filed... My office # is 256.
 
I haven't recieved a copy of the RFE(or RIE) yet. My lawyer called me up and informed me over the phone. I will let you know when I recieve it.

My medical was specifically for TB testing - I remember when I did my initial exam on the skin test, there was a lump of 2mm or so. The doctor said that further testing is not necessary(like an X-ray) if it is less than some 5mm or so as it is common for south asian community. Apparently, INS does not think so.

When did you recieve yours ? Did the web site status change ? (mine did not change).
 
I received RIE on 19th October and my web site status has changed to say they have issued me a RFE.
