Finally something to report on my case. I checked my case status ( Online ) today and voila! an RFE , sent out sometime yesterday. Don't know the details. Wife's case status hasn't changed .

my case details are on Rupnet under 'prang' id.

RD :- Nov' 11th 2001
ND :- Nov' 30th 2001
 
Same situation here. Online and AVM say an RFE sent out on March 25. It arrived at lawyer's office on March 31st, about employment. Hopefully my day can come soon.

Is your labour filed as EB2 or EB3???

My I-485 ND is Nov'14th and i spoke to IIO in March 1st week she said 'my case has been assigned to an officer' still no info....
