My daughter got an RFE for photographs for I-485. USCIS recd them on Dec 17th 2003. How long it takes for approving this type of case? Did anyone has this kind of experience? Parents cases are approved on December 1st.
I am planning to goto India in the last week of January 04. I can't go unless she is approved.
