Received I-485 RFE on 6/1/05. It is very stupid stuff. They mistakenly read my medical and ask for EVL and pay stubs as well. But the RFE did not result in any LUD in phone system and website. Meanwhile, CSC Div XII reponded my email inquiry which was sent after RFE was issued, saying my name check was still pending, but not mentioning anything about the RFE.
I am wondering after we reply this RFE, How possible am I going to receive 2nd one, assuming my name check won't be cleared very soon? Or my case will be adjuricated right after name check is completed?
