RFE for I140 turn out to be RFE for I485 ?

INS online status checking telling me that an RFE notice is sent out for my I 140 , but my lawyer got RFE for my I485 for company 2001 tax return. I think INS mess up 140 with 485. I filed them on 10/05/02 cocurrently.

Anyone has same experience?:confused:

I think you are wrong. The query which you got is I140 Query only. I got the same query when I filed I140. Check out .. and let me know if i am wrong in your case.
